Mrs. Reid-Williams is a dedicated and passionate School Social Worker with over seven years of experience and over a decade of involvement in the school system.

A staunch advocate for youth education and equity, she specializes in supporting at-risk youth and their families by helping them navigate the school system and access available resources. Mrs. Reid-Williams holds a master’s degree in social work from the University of Connecticut (2017) and a bachelor’s degree in human services from Eastern Connecticut State University (2013). 

Her career has been marked by a deep commitment to positively impacting the lives of students and families through her collaboration with non-profit and community organizations. She has contributed to initiatives such as back-to-school supply drives and plays a key role in organizing a regional holiday shopping mall that provides Thanksgiving groceries and Christmas gifts to families in need. 

Beyond her professional role, Mrs. Reid-Williams continues mentoring former students and actively engages with her community as a leader in her church, where she facilitates weekly cell groups. In her personal life, she enjoys spending time with her husband and family and prioritizes her health by working out at the gym every morning. Mrs. Reid-Williams’s unwavering dedication and passion for service reflect her commitment to empowering youth and strengthening communities.
